Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
You will be responsible for paying for your delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to assess the validity of the reason provided for the return. We are committed to ensuring that you have a satisfactory shopping experience, and we will work with you to address any concerns or issues you may have. If you have any questions regarding the eligibility of your return, please contact our customer support team, and they will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges
At Faani, we allow exchanges only in the case of sizing issues. If you'd like to request a different size, please contact us within 7 days to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges for any other reason (such as change of mind, design preference, or color choice) are not accepted.
Exchange Process:
We will exchange your product for a different size only, provided that the sizing error is on our end or the item meets the exchange conditions below.
If the mistake was from our side, we will guide you through the process and help facilitate the return.
Shipping coverage depends on your location:
Lahore Deliveries: Faani will cover one-way shipping (either pickup or redelivery).
Outside Lahore: Customers are responsible for both-way shipping (e.g., from and to Karachi, Islamabad, etc.).
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a size exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or strong odors (even if washed) will not be accepted and will be sent back as is.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will offer a replacement, refund, or repair after verifying the issue.
