Inspiration: Inspired from a poetic gathering comprising of Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Mirza Ghalib and Jaun Elia.
This piece is built around a gathering that never truly ends—where Faiz Ahmed Faiz, Mirza Ghalib, and Jaun Elia exist not as portraits, but as spirits within the scene. Their presence is embedded in the illustration like memory: seated among figures, surrounded by architecture, lantern light, and silence.
A Mehfil is not defined by noise; It is defined by presence.
The back embroidery captures a timeless moment—poets in conversation, thought suspended, words unspoken yet understood. It reflects an era where expression carried weight, where poetry was resistance, romance, grief, and truth at once.
Heritage based streetwear for the Passionate.
