Return & Exchange Policy

At FAANI, each piece is fully embroidered and made with care. Because of the nature of our products, we keep our return and exchange terms simple and clear.

5-Day Easy Exchange

You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange (for a different size or a comparable piece, subject to availability).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

To start an exchange, contact us at faaniofficialpk@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Returns

We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit preference, or any reason other than a fault on our end.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us at faaniofficialpk@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order, with photos of the issue, so we can evaluate it and make it right.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out immediately at faaniofficialpk@gmail.com so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

How Returns/Exchanges Are Processed

Once your request is approved, we'll share instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Refunds

Refunds apply only to approved returns of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at faaniofficialpk@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase. Shipping is to be paid by the customer for both sides.
